Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Intern – Salesforce to join our TEAM! As the Intern – salesforce we need someone who is ready to perform reporting and clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.

Objective

Works under general supervision of assigned department. Candidate will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of Dal-Tile daily routines and procedures and will focus on learning how the organization runs.

Major Function and Scope

• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
• Run general industry related errands
• Attend company functions and networking events
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
• Handle basic reporting
• Performs other related duties as required

Experience and Knowledge Required

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in equivalent field preferred.

Competencies

Basic computer skills in spreadsheets, charts and word-processing. Oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
