Northern Star offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst at ourworld-class KCGM Operation. This is a residential opportunity based in the Goldfields working a permanent 5:2/4:3, 9-hour day roster.

Providing financial analysis, budget and forecast support to site, the successful candidate will also be a critical part of the team delivering accurate and timely financial reporting for KCGM Operations.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, CPA or CA qualified.
• Experience in the preparation of end of month management accounts.
• Experience in the development of budgets and forecasts.
• Confident to work across the business to promote understanding of margin-based decision making and providing financial analysis.
• High level of computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel).
• Must reside in the Goldfields region.
• Current Unencumbered Western Australian C Class Drivers Licence.

Preferred

• Previous accounting experience preferably within the Mining Industry.
• Willingness to work in a team environment, mentoring less experienced team members and delivering overall team goals
• Working experience in the use of Oracle, Pronto, or similar ERP.
• Budgeting and Forecasting experience using Anaplan.
