We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Paid Media & Social Growth Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts across Google and Meta, while also managing and growing our social media presence—primarily on Instagram and Pinterest. No AI content or branding—just strong execution in paid media, experimentation, and growth strategy.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage high-budget paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Continuously optimize ad performance and landing pages through A/B testing and data insights
• Lead generation is the north star—track, report, and improve on key performance metrics
• Manage and grow our social media channels with a focus on Instagram and Pinterest
• Stay ahead of trends relevant to our target audiences and adapt content and ad strategies accordingly
• Work within performance-focused tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, spreadsheets/Excel, and ad dashboards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visual assets and messaging align with performance objectives

💡 Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in paid media, especially for e-commerce or high-ticket/luxury products
• Proven experience managing large ad budgets across Google and Meta
• Deep understanding of ad performance metrics, funnel optimization, and lead generation
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
• Solid understanding of landing page best practices and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with trends in digital marketing and social media
• Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
