Welcome to the Great Outdoors! We have immediate openings for Snow Removal Technicians. This position is a terrific way to make extra money during the winter months. Join our dedicated team of professionals as we work hard to provide the best snow and ice management services in Washtenaw county. We offer electronic lists and time tracking as well as competitive wages. Snow pay rate starts at $23.00 per hour for experienced snow plow drivers and sidewalk removal crew leaders. Responsibilities:

• Drive truck and trailer to transport equipment to and from job sites
• Experience driving a plow truck is a bonus
• Clear sidewalks of snow using snow shovels, snow blowers, tractors, ATVs, and other mechanized snow removal equipment
• Apply de-icing chemicals and bulk salt applications
• Clean and load up trucks
• Load up materials

Qualifications:

• Michigan Driver's and Chauffeur's License required
• Reliable, flexible, and responsive to service calls
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people, particularly seniors and persons with disabilities
• Experience with snow removal and salting for both residential and commercial accounts
• Awareness of and ability to follow safety guidelines while shoveling or plowing snow
• Physically able to shovel snow for several houses continuously, in possibly severe weather
• Access to full winter apparel such as coat, boots, gloves, and hat to work outdoors in winter weather

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
