Position DescriptionWith 50 years experience, the latest technology, the tools to get the job done, and the most-passionate team in the industry, Ben’s is the place to be for experienced or aspiring structural welders. And we're looking to add to our team!
The Structural Fit-Up position is a key part of our fabrication process where you will primarily be responsible for fitting steel parts and tacking parts to beams, columns, trusses, and other structural building components. Ben's Structural Fabrication takes pride in all our steel fabrication projects, our quality assurance, and our commitment to safety and most importantly, our people.

Schedule has No Weekends!
Work Monday-Thursday, 6:00am to 4:15pm.
Occasional overtime is possible on Fridays from 6:00am-3:00pm.
Report directly to our shop in Waite Park, no on-site project welding required.
