Atlanta, GA Job Description: Engineering and development of new software features ; Unit test coverage of features developed ; Attendance of regular cadence of development team meetings ; Rotational leadership of development team meetings ; Formulation of communication when new feature development specifications require clarification ; Ensuring all individual code developed is deployed to shared Google Cloud Platform ( GCP) environments and passes quality checks ; Ensuring all deployments are fully containerized and deployed following gitops practices ; Identifying areas of technical debt in existing applications for remediation ; Participation in periodic research activities regarding new technologies and integrations ; and Rotational leadership in reporting results of period research activities. The position is eligible for part-time telecommuting. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2 years of experience in a software engineering or web development occupation. Experience must include: 2 years of experience in engineering and development of software features. 2 years of experience identifying areas of technical debt in existing applications for remediation . 2 years of experience e nsuring all individual code developed is deployed to shared Google Cloud Platform ( GCP) environments and passes quality checks . 2 years of experience ensuring all deployments are fully containerized and deployed following gitops practices. 2 years of experience providing unit test coverage of features developed. *Any combination of education that has been evaluated by a professional credentials evaluation service to be the equivalent of an U.S. degree will be accepted.
