We're looking for an enthusiastic
Team Member who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. This part-time role requires weekday availability during the day, plus a weekend shift.

What You'll Do: - Provide outstanding and friendly service to neighbors, both in-store and curbside.
- Build connections with neighbors and their pets, making their shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
- Assist with stocking and merchandising to ensure the store is organized and products are easy to find.
- Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy and efficiency at the register.
- Care for in-store pets by cleaning habitats, feeding, and handling animals with care and attention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
What We're Looking For: - Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for pets and an interest in pet care and nutrition.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to build relationships with neighbors and their pets through excellent service and communication.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable caring for and handling small animals and reptiles. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Availability: Able to work 2-3 weekday shifts (8 AM-4 PM) and one weekend shift (varying hours). Evening availability is a plus!
- Professionalism: Must be 18 years or older, pass a background check, and complete a drug screening.
