Our client, a leading organization in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated Textile Machine Operator - 3rd shift to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Textile Machine Operator -3rd shift

Location: Marion, NC

Pay Range: $17.05-$19.05

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate textile machinery efficiently and safely to meet production goals
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating textile or manufacturing machinery is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Reliable and committed to punctuality and attendance
