This is considered a contract position, which means there is no fixed salary. Instead, you will earn a portion of the total earnings from the case. The payment will be distributed as the case progresses.

Responsibilities

•Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
•Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
•Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
•Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
•Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards
•Attend court hearings when needed.
•Taking care of the client's case from beginning to end.

Qualifications

•Trial Experience
•American Bar Association Member
•Passed Bar Exam
•US Work Authorization
•Strong oral and written advocacy skills
