Role Description

Digital Software Market is seeking passionate and motivated Volunteer Research Assistants to join our team for a  one-month remote engagement. This unpaid position focuses on a non-profit project dedicated to  Education for All , aiming to integrate Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) into educational settings to enhance learning experiences and make quality education accessible to everyone. As a Research Assistant, you will support various research initiatives, collaborate with experts in the field, and gain invaluable experience in AI and educational technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Literature Reviews: Research and summarize existing studies related to AGI applications in education.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from experiments, surveys, and other research methods.
• Experiment Support: Help design, implement, and monitor experiments aimed at testing AGI tools in educational environments.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of research activities, methodologies, and findings.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with researchers, educators, and technologists to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare Reports & Presentations: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and publications to disseminate research findings.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AGI and educational technology to inform research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Education, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Interest in AGI & Education: Strong passion for the intersection of artificial intelligence and educational innovation.
• Research Skills: Basic understanding of research methodologies and experience with academic research is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and research software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Self-Motivated: Capable of managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines.
