Job Description
Bayada Hospice has an immediate opening for a Full Time Spiritual Counselor/Hospice Chaplain .
This Hospice Spiritual Counselor position is for home visits in Windsor and Orange Counties in VT and Grafton County, NH.
This individual will be a member of an experienced hospice care team that provides assessments, education and symptom management related to end of life care.
Hospice / care experience preferred, along with experience making home visits.
