Job Description

A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Estimator. They need someone who is skilled with selling and writing both residential and light commercial losses. The ideal candidate will have a Reconstruction Restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Solid restoration knowledge and reconstruction experience Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer communication and service skills Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals Knowledge of the property/insurance industry Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
