Contract: Athletic Trainer

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Athletic Trainer to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Haleyville, AL. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our employees safe and healthy by providing on-site medical care and implementing injury prevention programs.

What You'll Do:

• Prevent Injuries: Work with employees to prevent injuries by conducting ergonomic assessments and providing education on safe work practices.
• Provide On-Site Care: Deliver immediate medical attention to employees who are injured or ill.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to help employees recover from injuries.
• Collaborate with Others: Work closely with management, employees, and other healthcare professionals to create a safe and healthy work environment.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all patient interactions and treatments.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• NATABOC certification.
• Current and valid state licensure or the ability to obtain it.
• CPR/AED certification.
• A strong understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
