As a Sales Engineer, you'll design the ultimate comfort solution. Your role includes elevating home heating and air conditioning systems, leading customers to savvy decisions, and crafting an extraordinary customer experience.
Salary: $70,000-$140,000 annually (hourly base plus commission and bonuses). Our starting HVAC Sales Engineer can make over $105,000 in their first year! 25% Commission: Maximize your earnings with an industry-leading commission structure.
Review Bonuses: Earn bonuses for positive reviews and pictures with customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
We are seeking a HVAC Sales Engineer help drive growth in commercial and residential space. We provide a company gas card, and laptop. The ideal candidate will:
- Generate own leads, and relentless drive in cultivating company generated leads
- Make recommendations and provide an estimate according to homeowners needs
- PM the sales process from start to finish
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement HVAC system upgrades or modifications
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Communicate in an effective way and educate customers about their HVAC system
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
3-year experience in HVAC
