As part of the Adtalem Elevate team, the Senior Licensing & Accreditation Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that all institutions and business units comply with state, federal, and accreditor requirements. This includes securing and maintaining approvals to operate, grant degrees, and recruit across all relevant jurisdictions. The Senior Analyst provides expert guidance on regulatory policies, standards, and processes, supporting each ATGE institution in navigating the regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will bring experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or accreditation management, along with strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.33 and $86,253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
