Role: Solar Sales Consultant (Subscription Solar)

Instead of costly installations and long-term contracts, they allow homeowners to access solar energy with no upfront costs, no long-term commitment, and immediate savings on their electric bill. The Role:
They are hiring Solar Sales Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities include:
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, securing 2–3 contracts daily
Enroll qualified homeowners in Terra Energy’s no-cost solar subscription
Educate prospects and guide them through a simple, consultative one-call close
Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process
Over time, you'll shift from knocking to closing pre-set appointments.
Compensation:
On target earnings of $120k+ annually, which includes a $40k annual base. Bonuses and uncapped potential included.. This is a 1099 contractor role.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Have proven success in high-ticket remote sales
Are strong at one-call closes and consultative selling
Understand the solar or home improvement space (preferred but not required)
Are based in the U.S., preferably in states where Terra operates
Bilingual is a bonus, especially Spanish-speaking
Are confident, self-managed, and hungry to grow within a winning sales team
