Job Summary Ageless Health Institute, a busy Anti-Aging Wellness Clinic & Medspa, is seeking a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic HRT RN/Health Coach (LPN would also be considered) to join our team. Our practice specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), weight loss, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, laser treatments, injectables, and more. What We're Looking For In addition to the responsibilities listed below, we are seeking a candidate who: Has prior experience as a Health Coach (a plus, not required) Has prior experience in phlebotomy (required) RN or LPN Board Certification Preference will be given to female applicants due to the intimate nature of some medical exams, where gender-sensitive presence is necessary for patient comfort Possesses strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail-critical for our fast-paced clinical environment Duties and Responsibilities Patient Interaction and Support Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and well-informed Direct patients to appropriate areas and services Collect and post fees accurately Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Administrative Responsibilities Answer phones and transfer messages professionally Receive/distribute faxes, upload labs, prepare charts and consent forms Maintain accurate patient records and assist with procedure coding Clinical Support Assist physicians with procedures (e.g., applying numbing ointments, prepping rooms) Manage medical inventory and verify deliveries Interview patients, record medical histories, and assist with documentation Maintain and coordinate medical equipment needs Clinic Operations & Compliance Support a safe, secure, and efficient workplace Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Proactively offer suggestions to improve patient experience and workflow Team Collaboration & Growth Participate in continuing education and skill development Foster a supportive team environment Represent Ageless Health Institute with professionalism and pride Qualifications/Skills Excellent verbal communication and customer service Organizational strength, especially around time and task management Professional demeanor and strict adherence to confidentiality Experience in inventory control and medical office protocols Collaborative spirit with adaptability and a growth mindset Education, Experience, and Licensing Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical office Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology Prior HRT or regenerative medicine experience is highly preferred Salary & Benefits Base Pay: $25-$40/hour (DOE) Paid Holidays: 5 annually PTO: Accrued with time Employee Perks: Generous treatment discounts for employees and immediate family Culture: Supportive, collaborative, and focused on professional development Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:15 PM Dress Code Black, purple or lavender scrubs required Professional grooming and hygiene expected If you're looking to join a passionate team in a positive, high-performing clinic and want to grow your medical career in aesthetics and wellness-we'd love to meet you!
